You may request the deletion of your personal data and account by sending an email to

info@wordthread.app. Please read the following information to understand how data deletion requests are processed, along with the implications of account deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

On the App (Android and iOS):

1. Log into your Word Thread account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the settings:
   • Tap the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the home screen.
3. Select Delete Account from the menu.
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear:
   • Select Yes to confirm and delete your account.
   • Select No to cancel the deletion.

Note: Once you confirm, your account will be permanently deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon deletion of your account:

• All previous data, activities, progress, statistics, and history will be erased.
• Any subscriptions, in-app purchases, and saved data will be permanently lost.
• You will lose access to any active plans or purchases.

Please ensure you are ready to proceed, as this action cannot be undone.

Data Retention for Legal Compliance

While we strive to honor account deletion requests, in some cases, Word Thread may be legally required to retain certain information for a specified period. In such cases, we will delete your data once these legal obligations are met.
